欢迎 to the 2024-25 school year! You will receive many updates from OGE and BPS throughout August to help your family prepare for the first day of school, 及以后. We are here to answer your 问题, so reach out to our office or 主要 Cline. Thanks for being a part of the OGE community!

  • This is the parent hub for student information. 家庭应该访问他们的 无限的校园 account and ensure all information is correct by visiting 登录.isd271.org. BPS does send an email to all families with their 登录 and password. If you are new, start at “Claim My Account”. For help, contact 952-681-6750 or techhelp@isd271.org.

运输 and Teacher Information

  • Bus information and teacher placements will be in 无限的校园 8月14日前. 访问我们的 学校的网站 by clicking on “个基点登录” at the top. If you’re having a hard time finding this information, reach out to 主要 Cline directly. 

评估会议

  • 周四, 8月29日或星期五, 8月30日, bring your child(ren) to OGE for a 30-minute reading conference with their teacher. 这些允许教师, parents and students to meet and provide teachers with information to start the school year. While your child is with their teacher, parents can drop off supplies and go to the gym for school information. 访问我们的 网站 beginning Thursday, August 15 to sign up for assessment conferences.

学习结合

  • Stop by the 学习结合 free community event on Saturday, Aug. 下午12点到4点.m. at the Valley View Elementary play field (351 E. 88 St). There will be many school and community resources available, 还有游戏, 快餐车, 表演, 和更多的.

学校的一天

  • 上学时间是早上9点.m.-3:20 p.m. Buses drop off students between 8:35-8:45 a.m. 下午3:25离开OGE.m. I will text families if their bus leaves OGE 10+ minutes late.
  • Unless they are sick or it’s a family situation, your student needs to be at school. 准时.
  • If they will be out, you must contact us at 952-681-6802 or ogeattendance@isd271.org.

车乘客

  • Kinders and all students eating breakfast should be dropped off between 8:35-8:45 a.m.
  • Graes 1-5 students not eating breakfast should be dropped off between 8:50-8:55 a.m.
  • End of the day pick-up time for car riders is between 3:20-3:30 p.m.
  • I will send separate details about our car drop-off and dismissal process.

食品服务

  • All students may get a free breakfast and/or lunch at OGE.
  • BPS breakfast and lunch menus can be found on the 个基点的网站.
  • Please complete the Application for Educational Benefits! Students may also qualify for benefits like reduced fees for transportation, 运动项目, academic or extracurricular activities. Applying for Educational Benefits also helps OGE qualify for education funding, discounts and other meal programs that benefit all students so please complete the Application for Educational Benefits 2024-25学年.

  • We 必须 have the following items before your child can start school:
    • 出生证明: Your child’s original birth certificate (we will make a copy for you)
    • 免疫接种: Record of complete and up-to-date immunizations.
    • 幼儿筛检： 所有幼稚园万博体育官网, we need a copy of your child’s 儿童早期筛查 from Pond Center or another city. If your child has not had the screening, call Pond Center to schedule this at 952-681-6200.
    • If you have not already provided the above items, please upload these items to your student’s Personal Documents file in 无限的校园, or you may stop in the school office & nurse’s office with the above required items, at the time of their assessment.
